Not much has changed on the river over the past week. We had about 14″ of snow in Grand Forks with more to come. We also have a forecast of rain next weekend. For now our second flood has crested and is on the way down. Projections say we will be down to about 25 feet next week. That is a great place to be barring much more precipitation. What we need now is heat. A few weeks of highs in the mid 60s would be great. So far we are still on track to start Ma
